Where the body meets strategy.

Working with Women

There is a specific kind of exhaustion that comes from being successful on the outside while quietly disconnected on the inside. You have built something real. You are capable, driven, and intelligent. And somewhere along the way, you learned to leave the most powerful parts of yourself outside the room. Your body. Your cycle. Your instincts. The YES that arrives before the mind catches up.

I work with women who are done choosing between their ambition and their depth. Who want to bring their full intelligence to their work. Not just their credentials, but their cycles, their bodies, their ancient knowing. My work holds strategy and embodied wisdom simultaneously.

Through 1:1 mentorship, courses, and retreats, we go to the root of what is actually happening and build from there. This work is for women who are serious about both their success and their depth.

If this resonates, get in touch.

I work with the whole woman, her business and herself in the same conversation.

Working with Organisations

Most organisations are losing their best women. Not to competitors. To exhaustion. To a system that was never designed for their bodies, their cycles, or their lives. The problem is not the women. The problem is the design.

I work with organisations that are ready to change that. Not with a diversity programme. With something more fundamental: a genuine rethinking of how work is structured, rhythmed, and led around the reality of women’s bodies and lives. This means looking honestly at everything. Meeting cultures and rhythms. Performance structures. How the organisation treats mothers, menstruating women, menopausal women. What rituals and ceremonies exist or don’t. Whether the leadership culture allows the full range of human intelligence, or only the part that performs well in a nine-to-five linear week. The result is not a more comfortable workplace. It is a more intelligent one.

An organisation that stops asking its women to perform against their own biology gets access to the full intelligence of half its workforce. That is not a soft outcome. That is a competitive advantage. This work requires commitment, curiosity, and the willingness to be genuinely changed by it.

If your organisation is ready for that, get in touch.
