Where the body meets strategy.

The work I do is for women who are ready to bring all of themselves — their ambition and their depth, their strategy and their body, their dreams and their unlived life — into the same room.

Transformation requires time, space and trust. I work with women in containers of three to six months. It is a sustained, living relationship between you and your own depth, held by a consistent structure and genuine presence.

I work with the whole woman, her business and herself in the same conversation.

How We Work

Every container is built on three pillars.

Knowledge

Knowledge rooted in the wisdom traditions — Shakta Tantra, Advaita Vedanta, Goddess archetypes, the wild woman. Not as spiritual decoration but as working maps of the interior life.

Embodiment

The body is not separate from the mind. It is where the work actually lives. Through movement, breathwork, sound, meditation, Yoga Nidra — one of the most powerful practices in the yogic tradition which works at the deepest layers of consciousness, we access what thinking alone cannot reach.

Dialogue

Real conversation. Witnessing. The kind of sharing that only happens inside a container of genuine trust.

You are not performing here. You are not being assessed. You are being seen.

The Weave

Sessions move between two modes.

In one, we work strategically. We assess where you are, where you want to go, and what is actually standing between you and that. We look at your work, your vision, your patterns, your market. We build clarity and we build action.

In the other, we descend into the body. Through the practices, through myth and archetype. We work with what lives beneath the surface. The fears. The blockages. The unlived parts that are asking to come in.

One session we think. One session we feel. A weave, not a line.

The Lineage

My formation includes years of devoted study in Advaita Vedanta with traditional teachers, and in the Feminine Path of Yoga and Womb Wisdom with Uma Dinsmore-Tuli. I have also been profoundly shaped by the work of Clarissa Pinkola Estés and Marion Woodman on the wild woman archetype and feminine psyche.

1:1 Mentorship

I work with a small number of women at a time.

The container is six months. We meet weekly for sixty minutes. This is the minimum time the work needs to move properly — to build the trust, go to the depths, and come back with something real.

This work is for women who are ready. Who are willing to be changed by what they find.

If you feel the pull, let’s talk.
